Grrr, grrr, grrr. No wonder why people get frustrated and annoyed with Centrelink.
Today I contacted them on three different occasions and every time I got told a different thing. But at least the last person I spoke to was very helpful unlike the first one, who was very rude.
I hung up on the first one cause of how rude she was. The second was was hopeless, so the third time I rang to put in a complaint about the first two, but in the end I got the answers I wanted.
Have no idea if my complaints got put in, but I have emailed Mr High and Mighty (Hank whats his name) and had a go at him about it. I will die of shock if he actually gets back to me.
Centrelink tends to forget, if it wasn't for us people on payments, they wouldn't have their cushy little job and I would hate to see these people live on welfare payments. They just wouldn't survive

The problem is they would survive because they would know the system and how to get around it. Centrelink can make life very hard for people and those bastards on HeartNET know this because this is why they did it. I just hope the that that site is pulled down and nothing like it comes along again. They have hurt some many people and the admin, ECU and the Heart Foundation just don't give a shit as to what their site has done to others.
